Dubbed “Italy at 100 mph”, the experience promises a memorable journey that can be taken as a couple, a family, or a group of up to forty sports cars.
The route passes through the verdant vineyards of Tuscany, exploring roads that date back to the Roman Empire, carrying on to the Eternal City of Rome and finishing in the Mediterranean paradise of Sicily. The four-wheel-excursion is available to drive independently, with a driver or with an escort vehicle upon request.
From a one-day itinerary to an epic ten-day tour, “Italy at 100 mph” offers various combinations of journey by sports car, passing through Tuscany, Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata and Sicily. After their thrilling days on the road, guests can absorb the culture of each region whilst staying at a Rocco Forte Hotel.
Guests will be hosted at Hotel Savoy in Florence; Hotel de Russie, Hotel de la Ville and Rocco Forte House in Rome; Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia and Villa Igiea, Verdura Resort, and Rocco Forte Private Villas in Sicily. The sports cars available for use include a Ferrari 296 GTS, Ferrari Portofino, Ferrari F8 Spider, and Ferrari 812 Superfast. The experience can also be personalised with the option of driving vintage cars.
