The duo will helm the hotel’s signature dining establishments upon its opening in 2026.
The collaboration is a milestone in the restoration of the historic Admiralty Arch, which is being converted into a 100-key luxury hotel by Hilton, under its Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand, in partnership with investment management company Reuben Brothers.
The hotel aims to cater to the needs of international travellers and local Londoners while preserving the building’s heritage.
The hotel’s launch is set to further cement Waldorf Astoria’s legacy, with its flagship in New York reopening later this year and new openings planned in Osaka and Costa Rica.
