With an impressive 28-year career, Vaibhav brings an extensive background of expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic vision that aligns seamlessly with Udman’s future ambitions.
In his new role, Vaibhav will spearhead the brand’s next phase of growth, which includes an aggressive expansion strategy aimed at increasing its portfolio from 7 properties to 50 boutique and luxury hotels over the next five years.
Throughout his career, Vaibhav has held prominent positions at esteemed organizations such as Best Western, Business World Magazine, Accor Hotels, ITC Fortune Hotels, JHM Interstate Hotels, Taiping Carpets, and Jaypee Hotels. He has also played an instrumental role in pre-opening and operations for high-profile properties including Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur, Pune, and Vishakhapatnam, as well as Khyber, Gulmarg. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at juSTA Hotels and Resorts.
