UAE's first gaming resort: Ras Al Khaimah sees new luxury hotel at Wynn Al Marjan

UAE’s first gaming resort – the $5.1 billion Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah - set to open in early 2027, on Thursday unveiled the first look of its ultra-luxury offering, ‘Enclave’.

Situated at the pinnacle of the resort’s iconic 300-meter tower, Enclave will offer visitors "an unparalleled level of exclusivity and bespoke service with just 299 opulent suites."

Wynn Al Marjan Island resort secured the country's first gaming licence from UAE authorities last year. The ‘Enclave’, designed by Wynn Design and Development, according to the US company, has been developed to offer its guests extra privacy, featuring a separate entrance and lobby.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, spanning over 60 hectares, will also include 1,217 resort rooms, four garden townhomes, and 10 marina estates, alongside 22 dining and entertainment venues, an opulent spa, a shopping promenade, and a marina for superyachts. Construction is on schedule, with the spire expected to reach its peak in late 2025.
