The Radisson Hotel, Dublin Airport to become Clayton property

International news
Dalata Hotel Group has acquired The Radisson Hotel, Dublin Airport and intends to reflag the property under its Clayton Hotels brand.

The hotel is located on the airport grounds, around a ten-minute walk from the terminal buildings, and features 229 rooms, T3 Bar and Restaurant, 13 meetings rooms and onsite parking

Guests also currently get complimentary access to the ALSAA Swimming Pool & Leisure Complex which is within walking distance of the property.

The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2025, and Dalata said that the hotel “requires limited initial investment as it underwent a significant refurbishment programme in 2019”.

The group added that the property “enjoys the benefit of two significant planning approvals, offering development opportunities into the future”.

The hotel is located close to Dalata’s existing Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport – the long-term future of this property is uncertain, as the group notes that its operating licence is due to expire in January 2026.
