The Best New Hotels In Europe, According To The 2024 World Travel Awards
The World Travel Awards celebrates the best in the tourism and hospitality industries every year. This year, travel professionals and the public selected the nominations and winners for the best new hotels in Europe that offer the ultimate destinations for travelers.
Numerous nominations came from hotels in Spain and Portugal, while Italy, Greece, and England followed suit. Leading brands nominated include Marriott and Domes Resorts, while there was particular interest in urban properties and historic locations.
The top winners announced at a gala ceremony in Berlin this week were: Best New Hotel: The Peninsula-London, and Best New Boutique Hotel: Casa Palacio Don Ramon in Seville, Spain. Winners in other luxury categories included: One&Only Aesthesis, in Greece, Savoy Palace in Portugal, Rome Cavalieri in Italy, Forte Village in Italy and Valverde Hotel in Portugal. Best Luxury Train award went to Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
