Sunset Hospitality acquires majority stake in Solutions Group
Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has acquired a majority stake in UAE-based operator Solutions Group, marking a significant consolidation move within the region’s lifestyle, dining and entertainment sector.
The strategic investment brings Solutions Group’s portfolio of 15 operating venues into SHG’s global platform, which now spans more than 100 hospitality assets across 26 international markets. The acquisition aligns two UAE-born businesses with complementary strengths, shared growth ambitions, and a track record of building scalable, experience-led brands.
Solutions Group’s portfolio includes some of the UAE’s most recognisable nightlife and dining concepts, such as Asia Asia, Lock, Stock & Barrel, Ula, The 305, Wavehouse, Papas, Central and En Fuego. Collectively, the brands add depth across casual dining, nightlife and entertainment, while reinforcing SHG’s focus on high-energy, high-volume lifestyle destinations.
As part of the transaction, Solutions Group’s senior leadership team, including its managing partners, will remain in place to oversee operations and brand direction. The move is designed to preserve brand DNA and operational continuity, while leveraging SHG’s scale, capital and international infrastructure to accelerate growth.
