Rotana joins the Global Hotel Alliance

The move will add 80 properties across the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Turkey to the alliance’s portfolio.

Integration of Rotana’s hotels into GHA have begun, with all of the group’s five brands (Rotana Hotels & Resorts, Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana, Centro by Rotana, Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana, and Edge by Rotana) expected to be live in the programme in early 2026.

The Rotana Rewards loyalty programme will also be renamed Rotana DISCOVERY.

The addition of Rotana will bring GHA’s portfolio to nearly 950 properties, and CEO Chris Hartley said that the alliance had “high hopes to hit 1,000 hotels very soon”.

Recent GHA additions include the Lore Group, Cheval Collection and Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts.
