The opening marks a strategic milestone for the Group, expanding its footprint into new experience-led segments while reinforcing its presence in established luxury markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. In total, Rosewood Hotel Group will open eight properties in 2025 across three continents, including seven Rosewood-branded projects – among them its first standalone residential development – and the New World Jinzhou Hotel.
The debut of Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin represents the Group’s entry into the ski resort sector. Located in Courchevel 1850, one of the world’s most prestigious alpine destinations, the property brings Rosewood’s residential-style luxury to the French Alps, offering ski-in/ski-out access, curated wellness experiences and destination-led dining.
Commenting on the milestone, Sonia Cheng, Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotel Group, said: “Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, our first ski resort, is a milestone that reflects our long-term commitment to thoughtfully expanding our global portfolio and our ability to enter new, experience-driven sectors.”
