A married mother of three is suing Ritz-Carlton after a male worker at the luxury Half Moon Bay resort allegedly served her a bottle of water 'defiled with semen'. 'Jane Doe' and her husband had booked a four night stay at the oceanside hotel, near San Francisco, where rooms start at $800 a night, for a 'restful and indulgent' birthday weekend in November 2022. But they claim they left with the 'horror and trauma of having been sexually assaulted and exploited' after a male worker 'ejaculated' into their water.
The lawsuit claims one of the hotel employees 'ejaculated his semen into a Ritz-Carlton labeled water bottle' and delivered it to their room, where Jane drank it before she realized it 'had been defiled by a criminal deviant'. The couple, who have been married for 25 years and have three children, say they have stayed at the resort before and estimate they have spent over 600 nights at Marriott-branded hotels during their lifetime.

The lawsuit says: 'As Jane Doe was addressing the issue with the hotel security and management representatives on duty,
she began to realize that the chemical taste she had experienced was similar to semen'
