Justin Martin, 38, and Jason Fenstermaker, 48, are both charged with felonies of larceny in a building and conspiring to larceny in a building, and with misdemeanor trespassing. Both were arraigned in Midland County District Court before Magistrate Gerald Ladwig and were issued $5,000 bonds. Both remain jailed on the bonds. Both men are set for probable cause hearings at 1 p.m. Feb. 13 in district court. Midland Police Department Lt.
