Resolution Property sells Hyatt Place London City East Hotel

Afund managed by Resolution Property has sold the UK’s Hyatt Place London City East Hotel to Singapore-based investment company Sun Venture, in a deal that was advised by BCLP. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
This transaction marks Sun Venture’s first investment in the hotel industry.
European hotel management company Cycas Hospitality will continue to oversee the hotel’s operations.
A former office at 45 Whitechapel, London, was transformed into this 280-key hotel.
