While no official opening date has been announced by the InterContinental Hotels Group, room reservations are now available online from Saturday November 15.
The highly anticipated hotel will tower over the Dubai Marina and have 1,004 rooms spread across 82 floors.
It will boast a rooftop infinity pool and bar while overlooking Palm Jumeirah, with stunning views available from the 360-degree glass observation deck.
The hotel will also snag some additional Guinness World Records once it opens its doors, including the world’s highest infinity pool and the world’s highest club.
Manchester restaurant Tattu Dubai will occupy three levels at the top of the hotel, with the restaurant on level 74, the sky pool on level 76 and the sky lounge on level 81.
Tattu Sky Pool will replace Address Beach Resort in Dubai’s JBR, located 294 metres above the ground on the 77th floor, as the world’s highest infinity pool.
The sky lounge will claim the world’s highest club record but won’t hold onto the record for long as the Burj Azizi project in Dubai will eventually include the world’s highest club once built.
