Pullman Hotels & Resorts Unveils Global Brand Transformation

International news
Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s premium portfolio, has announced a sweeping brand transformation designed to position the group as one of the world’s most dynamic hospitality players.

Since its origins in 1859, Pullman has redefined how travellers meet and connect. Its latest evolution places exchange at the heart of the brand, reimagining hotels as vibrant social stages. A striking new design signature—the Pullman Portal—draws inspiration from the brand’s railway heritage, creating sculptural entryways that mark the transition into spaces of dialogue and creativity. Already installed at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, the Portal will feature in upcoming openings such as Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton.

Meeting and event spaces have been redesigned with flexibility in mind, transforming seamlessly from keynote venues to creative studios or cultural runways, reflecting Pullman’s belief that exchange thrives in adaptable environments.

Bars and dining spaces are being repositioned as social anchors, alive from morning espresso to evening cocktails. In 2026, Pullman will launch Unexpected Pairings, an experiential ritual inviting guests to discover imaginative food and drink combinations through playful card draws—encouraging curiosity, conversation, and connection.
