PPF Real Estate to acquire Four Seasons Hotel in Prague

PPF Real Estate Holding has entered into an agreement with Northwood Investors to acquire the Four Seasons Hotel in Prague. This transaction will strengthen PPF Group's position in the real estate sector in the hotel sector. This is stated in the company's message.

Investor Tomas Otruba will acquire a minority stake in Four Seasons Hotel Prague. He has been a member of the advisory board of AMALAR Holding of the Kellner family since 2023. Investor Michal Strnad, owner of Czechoslovak Group (CSG), will also become a partner and co-owner of the project with a minority stake. CSG is not involved in the transaction.
