Philippe Leboeuf appointed CEO of Dorchester Collection

Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 2025. This decision follows the departure of Eugenio Pirri. Leboeuf joins the company with extensive experience in luxury hospitality, which is expected to support the continued development of Dorchester Collection’s global presence.

Philippe Leboeuf holds degrees from Cornell University and HEC Management School in Paris. He brings a broad range of experience to his new role. Before joining Dorchester Collection, he served as Managing Director of Raffles London, overseeing the hotel's opening. Leboeuf's career includes leadership positions at well-known hotel groups such as Concorde Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, and Claridge’s.

Leboeuf is also known for his contributions to the industry, having served as a Board Director at Leading Hotels of the World. Fluent in multiple languages, including English, French, Italian, and Spanish, he brings a global perspective to his leadership role. Additionally, he was recognized by the French government with the Knight of the Legion of Honour.

Dorchester Collection currently operates a portfolio of 10 luxury hotels, including well-known properties such as The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane in London, Hotel Eden in Rome, and The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. The group is continuing its expansion with projects planned in Dubai and Tokyo, which will mark the company's first hotel in Asia.
