Nova Chef signs 50th hotel catering deal
Nova Chef, a catering solution founded by restaurateur Sergey Men and investment executive Danat Abdrakhmanov, has marked a milestone in its growth journey with its 50th hotel catering deal. These include contracts with Hampton by Hilton London Croydon and Holiday Inn York City Centre.
Set up in 2022, Nova Chef has reached this landmark through the delivery of high quality, chef prepared meals to a range of venues that have struggled to staff their kitchens, or would historically have outsourced its catering.
By tackling one of the most significant issues facing the hospitality industry – the recruitment of chefs – Nova Chef is helping to keep kitchens open and is improving the financial viability of its partner sites.
