New hotel to open within 300-acre Hollywood Park development

Developed by KPC Development Company, the hotel will sit adjacent to SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, as well as being within walking distance of Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, and four miles from Los Angeles International Airport.

The 13-story property will feature 300 bedrooms including 34 suites, along with a pool and yoga deck, spa, fitness center, three food and beverage concepts, and nearly 20,000 square feet of meetings and events space.

It will operate under Marriott’s Autograph Collection, a portfolio of more than 320 independent hotels.

KPC Development Company has partnered with Clayco as the builder for the project, as well as design firms Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) and Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence.
