The French-inspired concept marks a new chapter for the former Ocean Spray Hotel, a 1936 Art Deco landmark near the Atlantic Ocean. Originally designed by M.L. Hampton Associates, the seven-story property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
“Our vision was never to recreate the past, but to channel it,” Yves Naman, founder of Mexico City, Mexico-based Namron Hospitality, said in a statement. “This is one of those rare buildings that still holds Miami Beach’s original optimism. We’re restoring that spirit—its curves, its color, its confidence—while inviting a new generation to experience it.”
The Florida hotel has 54 guestrooms in a palette of mint green, flamingo pink, ocean blue and vintage cream. Details include original terrazzo floors, tropical-patterned wallpapers, rich velvets and crystal chandeliers in a nod to 1930s craftsmanship.
