My Place launches commercial-support platform

My Place Hotels of America has launched commercial-support platform Market Force. The platform incorporates My RevPulse, powered by IDeaS for AI-driven revenue management, and Kalibri Labs' Hummingbird Commercial for market-specific intelligence by channel, segment and rate. These applications, part of My Place's 2025 technology expansion, now work together within Market Force.

Market Force joins My RevEdge, My Place's proprietary business-intelligence platform. Each tool in the company's expanding ecosystem—My RevEdge, My RevPulse, Hummingbird Commercial and now Market Force—builds upon the others.

The launch is the latest in a series of technology tools rolled out this year. "Throughout 2025, My Place has rapidly expanded our technology offerings to empower franchisees," Matt Campbell, COO of My Place Hotels, said in a statement. "Market Force represents a significant addition to these efforts, delivering an all-in-one commercial solution that seamlessly integrates with My Portal to help our expanding network of franchisees maximize their properties' potential."
