In a social media post before her death, Dr. Zachary Okhah revealed that Jacky came to his Miami office for a “mommy makeover.” However, once news of her death started to spread on social media, he deleted the picture of them together from his page.
As the news site notes, the medical examiner report states that the model and entrepreneur began to feel her head “burning” and she had difficulty speaking after returning to her hotel following the procedure. At some point, her family member who happened to be with her called 911 when she noticed her health was declining. Sadly, Jacky became unresponsive before first responders arrived. She was ultimately pronounced dead at a hospital. Speaking about the the surgery that was completed on May 30, Dr. Zachary Okhah released a statement to directly address the situation. He said at the time,
While this news may come as a surprise to some, it is important to remember that accidents can happen even in medical procedures. The ruling by the medical examiner suggests that there was no intent or criminal negligence involved in Jacky’s untimely passing.
In part he said, “You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW,” DC Young Fly said, alongside a carousel of photos of their family. “Your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!! Never had to worry about our kids loving each other cause you were on top of Dat!!!” He continued, “(I) will always tell our kids how much (of) an amazing person you were especially a GREAT MOTHER!!! LOVE YOU FOREVER jus know we goinn harder than ever and GOD is in control and he got us covered,” he ended his post.
