International news
O TOWER and Hilton signed a management agreement on November 27, 2024, to establish a Waldorf Astoria hotel in the Mohammed VI Tower, set to open in 2025. The hotel will occupy floors 29 to 46 of the 250-meter tower located on the banks of the Bouregreg River between Rabat and Salé.

The new establishment will feature 55 rooms, including 44 suites, alongside four restaurants, a wellness center, a ballroom, and a business lounge. The development is part of the «Rabat, City of Lights, Moroccan Capital of Culture» program.

Daniel Wakeling, Hilton's Vice President of Development for Luxury in Europe and Africa, highlighted Morocco's tourism ambitions, noting the country's target to welcome 26 million tourists by 2030. The project represents a collaboration between O TOWER, a subsidiary of O CAPITAL Group owned by BANK OF AFRICA, Royale Marocaine d'Assurance (RMA), and O CAPITAL Group, and Hilton's luxury brand Waldorf Astoria.

The Mohammed VI Tower project aims to serve as a catalyst for regional development while showcasing Moroccan expertise internationally. The hotel will provide views of both Rabat and Salé, as well as the Atlantic Ocean, marking a significant addition to Morocco's luxury hospitality sector.
