The site offers access to the Central Business District, Sukhbaatar Square and Chinggis Khaan International Airport, and is near venues such as Buyant Ukhaa Sport Palace, AIC Steppe Arena and Yaarmag’s new commercial and residential area.
The hotel is expected to feature 190 guestrooms and suites with an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a grab-and-go AC Store and a lounge and bar. Plans include amenities such as a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa and dedicated spaces including an AC Library. For meetings and events the property anticipates offering a junior ballroom, function rooms and breakout spaces.
