Marriott International and SODIC bring Tribute Portfolio to Egypt

Egyptian real estate developer SODIC and hospitality giant Marriott International have announced a partnership to introduce the Tribute Portfolio brand to Egypt.
Two new hotels under the Tribute Portfolio flag will be built, one in West Cairo and another on the North Coast.
Tribute Portfolio is a collection of independent hotels known for their unique design and lively atmosphere.
The addition of the two hotels expands Marriott’s presence in Egypt, bringing its portfolio to 18 properties with more than 7,000 rooms.
The first Tribute Portfolio Hotel will open in 2027 within SODIC’s flagship mixed-use development, SODIC West, in West Cairo.
