Kessler Collection, Highgate partner for luxury hotel management
Orlando-based Kessler Collection has formed a strategic alliance with real estate investment and management company Highgate to create Kessler Hospitality, a luxury and lifestyle hotel management platform. No further details were released.
This partnership aims to combine Kessler’s creative capabilities with Highgate’s experience in growing revenue, operating hotels and disciplined investment execution. Kessler’s property-level employees and key corporate leaders will transition to Highgate’s new Kessler Hospitality division.
The two companies are looking to gain ground in the luxury and lifestyle segments while enhancing value. Highgate manages a portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, full- and select-service hotels globally.
Under this alliance, Highgate will assume management of several hotels in the United States, including:
The historic Casa Monica Resort & Spa in St. Augustine, Fla., a Moorish Revival landmark that blends timeless architecture, curated art and modern luxuries.
The JW Marriott Savannah (Ga.) Plant Riverside District, a transformative mixed-use development that has redefined the city’s hospitality landscape.
The Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville, S.C., overlooking Falls Park and centerpiece of the city’s cultural and social scene.
