Kai Yuan refinances Paris Marriott Champs-Élysées hotel

The Chinese property group secured the loan for the five-star hotel with a banking pool led by Société Générale. The hotel - which also comprises conference rooms, several restaurants and a fitness centre - has recently undergone a complete renovation of its rooms and suites.

Kai Yuan purchased the 192-room hotel from ADIA in 2014 for €344 million.

Addleshaw Goddard's Paris office advised Kai Yuan on the deal.
