IHG debuts Vignette Collection hotel in Kazakhstan

The 95-room hotel in the city of Almaty will open in the first half of 2027 and be part of the Meliora mixed-use development by Hayat Construction.

The signing marks IHG’s second luxury and lifestyle hotel in Kazakhstan, joining the existing InterContinental Almaty.

The Vignette Collection property will further strengthen IHG’s presence in the region, where it already has three Vignette Collection hotels open and seven more in the pipeline.

The new hotel will be strategically situated on the main road near the city centre, offering easy access to the airport and key attractions such as Kok Tobe Park.
