Hotel in the clouds
Cloud One Hotel in Warsaw is set to open in the Upper One complex, offering over 360 rooms. This will be one of two The Cloud One hotels in Poland, following the recent opening of the first location in Gdańsk. Strabag Real Estate and Motel One Group have already signed the lease agreement for the project.
The 17-story building will feature 362 rooms, shared spaces, and a rooftop bar for guests to enjoy. The hotel’s opening is planned for 2027.
Construction of the Upper One complex began in Q3 2023, with the architectural design of the 55-meter-high hotel developed by Medusa Group in collaboration with Austria’s MHM Architects. Medusa Group will also handle the detailed execution plans. Currently, construction work is underway on the underground section of the complex.
The signed lease agreement marks yet another collaboration between Strabag Real Estate and Motel One. The companies have been partners for years in European markets, particularly in Austria and Germany. In 2019, Strabag Real Estate completed Poland’s first Motel One hotel, located at Tamka 38 in Warsaw.
