Hilton has expanded its portfolio in Türkiye with the launch of 485-room Hilton Istanbul Airport. The property, opened under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts flag, is the group’s 100th hotel in the country.

The hotel is situated a “short walk” from Istanbul Airport, with rooms and suites offering views over the runways.

Hilton Continental Europe senior vice-president David Kelly said: “Hilton has been welcoming guests across Türkiye for over 70 years, and the opening of Hilton Istanbul Airport as our 100th hotel in Türkiye marks another important milestone in our proud history here.

“Strategically located just steps from one of the world’s busiest airports, this flagship hotel brings together Hilton’s signature hospitality with contemporary design, thoughtful amenities and seamless connectivity for today’s global travellers.”

Hilton’s global dining brand OXBO has also made its entry into the Turkish market through the new property, operating a restaurant, a café and a 24-hour bar.
