Grand Hotel Central Launches Panoramic Rooftop Sauna in Barcelona
Barcelona’s Grand Hotel Central has introduced a new rooftop wellness experience with a panoramic sauna on La Terraza del Central, the hotel’s terrace featuring an infinity pool and city views. Open until the end of March, the new seasonal sauna combines dry heat with cold-contrast therapy via immersion in the pool, offering a unique urban approach to relaxation.
Guests begin the ritual in the sauna, heated by volcanic stones that promote sweating and skin detoxification, followed by a cold shower or pool plunge to stimulate circulation and boost energy. Complete the circuit choosing from a selection of carefully crafted non-alcoholic cocktails on the rooftop, designed to rehydrate and refresh. This rooftop wellness experience is designed to turn a simple self-care moment into a memorable city experience.

The rooftop sauna, designed for 4-6 people, is exclusive to hotel guests, reinforcing Grand Hotel Central’s focus on offering experiences that add value to each stay.
