International news
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and the Dorothea Hotel, Budapest, Autograph Collection have entered a strategic partnership that will bring one of the world’s most renowned culinary brands to Hungary.

The long-term collaboration marks the first realization of the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill concept in Central Europe. The restaurant is set to open in the summer of 2026 within the Dorothea Hotel.

Founded by world-renowned, multi–Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is one of the United Kingdom’s largest privately owned restaurant groups, operating more than 30 venues across the U.K. and over 60 worldwide — from London to Dubai, Singapore, and Chicago. The group holds a total of eight Michelin stars and stands behind several globally acclaimed culinary ventures, including Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, which has proudly retained its three Michelin stars for more than two decades.

The restaurant in Budapest will reinterpret the Bar & Grill concept in a local context, combining sustainably sourced, premium-quality Hungarian ingredients with Ramsay’s signature international flair. The Budapest menu will feature the chef’s trademark dishes inspired by American and British classics, alongside refined reinterpretations of traditional Hungarian favorites.
