Ghelamco secures €112m loan for Brussels office and hotel property

An affiliate of Värde Prtners has provided a €112 million loan to Ghelamco to refinance The Wings, a newly developed office and hotel property in Brussels, Belgium.
Owned and developed by Ghelamco, The Wings comprises 50,000 square meters of office space, which are nearly fully leased as well as a hotel wing, restaurants and fitness facilities.
Located at Culliganlaan 3 near the Brussels Airport, the property is the first in Belgium to attain triple certification: BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold and DGNB Gold.
