Gary Neville announces Michelin Star chef for his Manchester Stock Exchange hotel restaurant

International news
The Great British Menu champion, one of the very few chefs to have ever held two Michelin Stars, will open his first Manchester restaurant inside Gary Neville's hotel.

One of the UK's most acclaimed chefs is teaming up with Manchester United legend Gary Neville to take over the restaurant at his five star Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre.

Niall Keating, the youngest chef to ever win two Michelin Stars in the UK, will take on the ornate restaurant space inside the historic Stock Exchange ready for a June launch. The chef currently operates the acclaimed Lunar restaurant at Barlaston.

He will become chef-in-residence of the new restaurant which will be called Tender, a nod to the "tender care put into crafting each dish" as well as to the history of the hotel as the city's former stock exchange.

The restaurant will offer "gourmet food for everyday dining" within the opulent dining room of the Stock Exchange Hotel.
