The end of 2024 saw the reopening of the Four Seasons Hotel New York, and the US market will also see the return of the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara later on in 2025.
Four Seasons is also set to welcome new additions along the Mediterranean, with the transformation of Venice’s Hotel Danieli and a new resort in Puglia, as well as two new Greece locations in Mykonos and Porto Heli.
The Middle East and Africa are set for numerous new openings, with the Four Seasons debuting new sites in Madinah in Saudi Arabia, Muscat in Oman, and Zanzibar in Tanzania, among others.
New properties in Asia and Oceania are also in the pipeline, with hotels and resorts in Hanoi in Vietnam, Okinawa in Japan, and Melbourne in Australia all in the works.
65% of Four Seasons’ current mixed-use development pipeline includes a residential component, including its projects in Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, and Naples in Florida.
Four Seasons opened its first hotel in 1961, and now currently operates 133 hotels and resorts as well as 55 residential properties across 47 countries.
