Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Now Lends Guests Chanel, Dior And Celine

International news
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has partnered with Toronto-based luxury handbag company Zero Collective on what it calls a first-of-its-kind designer handbag lending program in Canada.

Guests get complimentary access to a curated collection of designer handbags from houses including Chanel, Dior and Celine. Bags are available through the concierge on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be yours for the duration of your stay.

The collection leans on rare, hard-to-find designs that even the best resellers struggle to source. That scarcity comes from Zero Collective’s own model. The company launched in Toronto in September 2024 as a luxury handbag subscription service. Members pay a monthly fee to rotate through pre-owned and vintage bags. According to Retail Insider, memberships start at $159 a month. But that only comes after you make it off the waitlist, with a detailed approval process. CEO Ashley Boyce has described getting in as “like letting someone into a secret society.”

The hotel partnership helps you cut the line.
