Located on a redeveloped site in Tokyo’s Ginza district, the 244-room property opened its doors to guests in December 2024 and celebrated its official inauguration in June 2025.
Developed in partnership with UK-based operator YOTEL, the hotel integrates modular, tech-forward design with compact room layouts of 14 to 18 sqm, suited to Tokyo’s dense urban landscape.
Frasers Hospitality has used this investment to highlight its returns-focused, brand-agnostic strategy.
