Ex-security worker at NYC hotel busted for shooting at migrant during feud - An ex-security worker at a Queens hotel was charged with attempted murder this week for allegedly firing at a migrant during a heated fight, police sources told The Post Friday.

When a crowd formed, Payamps went to his car and allegedly grabbed a gun and fired a single round, the sources said. The migrant told investigators Paymaps shot at him but missed, cops said. No one else was hit, and no property damage was reported. It was not immediately clear what sparked the clash between Payamps and the migrant. Payamps was arrested around 11:15 a.m. Thursday and charged with attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, police said. His arraignment was pending Friday.
