Egypt To Host Rotana’s Ambitious Growth Plan With The Expansion And Rebranding Of Sea Beach Hotel Under The Edge By Rotana Portfolio
Rotana, a leading UAE-based hotel management company, has announced a strategic franchise agreement with Nubia Sharm for Touristic Projects to rebrand and expand the renowned Sea Beach Hotel under its Edge by Rotana portfolio. This collaboration aligns with Rotana’s broader expansion strategy, aiming to introduce 30 Edge by Rotana properties by 2027 and further strengthen its presence in key international markets.
The Sea Beach Hotel, a well-established hospitality destination in Sharm El Sheikh, is set to undergo an extensive renovation and expansion to elevate its guest experience. The property, which currently boasts 470 rooms, is being revamped and modernized to align with Edge by Rotana’s upscale hospitality standards. Alongside the renovation, a brand-new extension is under development, adding 234 contemporary rooms and suites, bringing the total key count to 704.
Once the transformation is completed later this year, the property will be officially relaunched as Sea Beach Hotel, Edge. This milestone will significantly enhance Rotana’s growing footprint in Egypt, reinforcing its commitment to offering world-class hospitality while maintaining the individuality and local charm of each Edge property.
