Eave Hospitality launches to spearhead growth across Japan

International news
Eave Hospitality has launched to drive its multi-brand expansion, with new projects planned for Tokyo and Kyoto by 2030.

The new corporate identity acts as the parent company of Section L and introduces Monograph Hotels and VOL., marking the next stage in the growth of the Tokyo-born hotel business.

The latest development follows six years of growth for Section L, which has grown to amass 14 apartment hotels across Tokyo. The company is now preparing for its first expansion outside the capital, with new projects underway in Kyoto and Kumamoto.

Eave Hospitality’s launch was said to provide the corporate structure to support multiple brands, strengthening the company’s operating and development capabilities, and creating a foundation for purposeful growth across Japan and, over time, Asia Pacific, the group stated.

“Section L gave us the opportunity to prove that we could build a hotel brand from the ground up and grow it purposefully,” Eave Hospitality CEO, Howard Ho said.
