Cycas Hospitality is expanding its presence in the Benelux region with the signing of its first hotel in Luxembourg
This 133-room hotel will be part of the GRIDX development, a 42,000-square-meter multi-use destination designed to combine mobility, art, events, retail, food, and hospitality. The hotel will be operated by Cycas under a management agreement with Félix GIORGETTI S.à r.l. and is scheduled to open in mid-2025.

The GRIDX complex is located in Wickrange, in southwest Luxembourg, at a strategic point connecting Belgium, France, and Germany. The location offers connectivity to major cities such as Strasbourg, Metz, and Brussels, with travel times to Paris and Lille under three hours. Additionally, GRIDX supports sustainability initiatives and is linked to the new 1100km Vëloexpresswee.
This new project will be Cycas Hospitality's seventh hotel in the Benelux region, following the recent openings of Moxy Paris Clamart and DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre. The Luxembourg hotel further strengthens Cycas’s European presence and commitment to providing innovative hospitality solutions.
