Chișinău becomes home to Moldova’s first Ibis Styles hotel
A new Ibis Styles hotel—part of the French Accor Group, a global hospitality leader—is set to officially open in Moldova in the autumn of 2025. The Ibis Styles hotel marks the first flagship project of the large-scale and innovative urban concept ‘German Village’, developed by Regata Imobiliare.
The hotel features 100 modern rooms, a modular event center spanning over 200 square metres, a restaurant with bar and terrace, a fitness area, and 45 parking spaces. The design is with a tennis-themed interior—aligned with the creative identity of the entire urban development project.
The 12 million euros investment has generated approximately 50 jobs and is helping to attract international expertise to the HORECA sector, supporting local economic development.
