UAE: Chedi Hospitality has appointed Milos Nedovic as its chief asset and investment officer, a newly-created role for the group. Nedovic joins Chedi from RIKAS Hospitality Group where he held the role of chief financial officer.
Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade with Hyatt, working across properties in Azerbaijan, Dubai, Russia, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and more.
At Chedi, Nedovic will oversee capital allocation and revenue optimisation across the group’s properties, as well as source investment opportunities for partners. He will also drive the expansion of Chedi’s asset management services.
In addition, he will support the integration of emerging technologies with a focus on operational efficiency and guest experience.
“Chedi Hospitality is built on a strong legacy and a clear vision for the future, and I’m excited to be part of its next chapter,” said Nedovic. “I look forward to working closely with the team to strengthen performance, unlock new opportunities and build strong partnerships across the portfolio.”
