Developed in partnership with Zero Carbon Forum, the eco tool is tailored to hotel operations and incorporates COP 29 updates and KPIs.
The move follows a growing demand from eco-conscious travellers. A recent survey of 1,200 BWH Reward guests revealed that 67% would pay more for a hotel with strong green credentials.
BWH Hotels also found that sustainability is shaping guest booking decisions, with 88% of respondents saying a hotel’s eco-efforts influence their choice.
