Eurobuild has learned that Accor has sold two hotels: the Mercure Posejdon in Gdańsk and the Ibis in Kraków. The transaction values were not disclosed, but the combined value of both investments, including property purchases, is expected to exceed PLN 500 mln.
The Posejdon Hotel in Gdańsk was sold along with a 23,000 sqm investment land parcel. The property is designated for commercial development, with potential for changes to the existing zoning plan in the future. The three-star hotel is located in the Jelitkowo district, 100 m from the beach. It offers 151 rooms and has been operating since 1975. The development potential of the plot reaches up to 15,000 sqm of total usable area.
In Kraków, the Ibis Hotel also changed ownership, with a potential of about 20,000 sqm of commercial space intended for residential development. The buyer is Eifage.
In both transactions, Accor was advised by Immo Lab.
