All four victims were taken to area hospitals with what police say to be non-life-threatening injuries. “I don’t know who would do such a thing,” said John Haggart, a hotel guest. Police and hotel management have not answered any questions on whether it was a random attack or whether the victims and suspect knew each other. “I don’t know if it’s random or non-random if that makes any type of difference,” said Ian Vasicka, a hotel guest. “Any violence of any sort is pretty disturbing.” Neither the victims nor the suspect have been identified at this time. A hotel manager tells Boston 25 that no employees were injured. An investigation is ongoing.
