Gail Thackray, who made millions in the phone sex business and early internet porn, has snapped up the Roman Camp Hotel in Callander, Perthshire.
The Yorkshire-born mogul built a £40million empire in the adult industry before a stint in LA as a model, actress and producer.
She and daughter Sydney, a singer and actress, have teamed up to transform the 1625 landmark.
Once a hunting lodge for the Duke of Perthshire, the Roman Camp boasts original silken oak panelling, carved woodwork, crown mouldings and antiques.
It even hosted The Beatles and Hollywood filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille.
The Fab Four stayed during Scottish tours in 1963 and 1964 – and Gail plans Beatles-themed rooms, including a John Lennon Room and Paul McCartney Suite.
Speaking about the purchase, Gail told The Daily Record: “This is a magical place with one of the richest histories I have ever encountered.
“The moment I stepped inside, I felt the spirit of the seventeenth century still alive in the panels, the antiques, and the atmosphere.
“As a lifelong Beatles fan, knowing they stayed here makes it even more meaningful.
“My vision is to preserve the historic charm completely while offering guests an intimate, elevated boutique experience that feels authentically Scottish.”
