Agnieszka Dąbrowska on the first Handwritten Collection hotel in Poland

And by the way, we have recorded something for you! Agnieszka Dąbrowska, CEO at PI Hotel Management Group, told "Eurobuild" about the biggest challenges that accompanied the preparations for the opening of the first Handwritten Collection hotel in Poland, as well as about the condition of the hotel market in Poland. Moreover, Agnieszka Dąbrowska reveals what types of hotels have a chance to survive difficult times (because - spoiler alert! - not all of them will survive).

The Crown Kraków Handwritten Collection is located in a restored tenement house from 1923 at ul. Królewska 6. On five floors, the facility offers 44 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, conference and banquet space and a fitness zone. The interior design is in the art deco style. The facility is managed by PI Apartamenty & Hotele.

Owner of The Temple Bar refused planning permission for new hotel

Dublin City Council has refused planning permission to publican Tom Cleary for a new hotel for Dublin’s Temple Bar area. Mr Cleary is the owner of one of the country's best known pubs, The Temple Bar in Temple Bar. The council refused the planning permission for the 47-bedroom hotel facing onto Dame Street and Eustace Street as it "could lead to an over-concentration of hotel and apart-hotels in the local area and a lack of variety of uses in the vicinity".
