Outrageous demands from jet-setting billionaires when they stay at the world's best hotels

But her most viral moments come when she reenacts these luxury travel meltdowns on her TikTok, @travelwithlivii - dramatic phone calls with clients flipping out over crystal meditation rooms or gluten-free bread gone rogue.

'They're all real stories,' Ferney said. 'About 70 percent of my clients would hang me if I recorded our actual calls, so I recreate them - but everything you see happened. And trust me, it's only about 40 percent of what really goes on.'

Ferney, 29, is a senior accommodations specialist at Top Tier Travel, a boutique agency that books luxury hotels, private jets and ultra-exclusive experiences for high-net-worth clients - and she's become the de facto crisis handler for the global elite.

'People assume if someone's flying on a G550 - a business jet - and spending $400,000 on a trip, they're chill,' she laughed.

'But I've had clients lose their minds over the minibar not having Saratoga water. One woman wanted a crystal-infused salt cave meditation room during a three-day stay in Miami.'

Despite working with billionaires, Ferney says one of the biggest shocks was just how obsessed the ultrawealthy are with scoring a deal.

'You'd think if you're that rich, you wouldn't care,' she said. 'But they're proud of getting a discount.

'I have clients flying their private jet to Europe and texting me like, 'Look! We saved $300 on the room because we booked non-refundable!' It's hilarious - and infuriating.'

That frugality often backfires. 'People love booking non-refundable rates until they need to change something,' she said.

'Then I have to spend a month negotiating with hotels, because their wife had emergency surgery and they can't go.

'At the end of the day, it's non-refundable. I always tell them - pay the extra and protect yourself.'

Born and raised in small-town Canada, Ferney never imagined she'd end up managing vacations for CEOs, celebrities and families from Dubai to Los Angeles and everywhere in between.

'Growing up, we drove to Myrtle Beach every other year. Now, I'm booking five-star suites in Monte Carlo and private chefs in the Maldives.'

She got into the industry accidentally after meeting Top Tier's founder, Troy Arnold, during a trip to Miami.

She joined the firm as a marketing consultant - then found herself managing multi-million-dollar itineraries.

Now, she earns a six-figure base with additional commissions - and handles as many as 20 bookings a day.

But the perks come with pressure.

'I had a Chiefs player who shook my hand, toured a $60,000 home for Super Bowl weekend, said it was perfect and then backed out at 2am because "there weren't enough TVs,"' she said.

'I was crushed. I'd turned down rappers for that place because their managers said they'd trash it.'

Ferney doesn't travel with her clients, but she's constantly on the move - hopping between cities for events like Art Basel, Fashion Week and face-to-face meetings.

'It's a relationship business,' she said. 'Hotels will do outrageous things for us - like let clients bring in their own caviar to a Michelin-starred restaurant - but only if they trust us.'

Some requests, she admits, are beyond surreal.

'There's a woman who travels with her cell phone in a sleeping bag. Like an actual sleeping bag. To block radiation or whatever,' she said.

'And the lobster? Yeah, that one was real. Flown in from another island because she didn't like the lobster at her five-star resort.'

Ferney's 72,000 TikTok fans love the drama, but she insists many of her clients are lovely - just, very specific.

'People think they're all monsters, but a lot of them treat me like family. They'll call at 3 a.m. slurring, "I'm sorry Liv, I had nine martinis, I didn't mean to yell about the pillows."'

As for her own travel taste? Ferney swears by the St Regis Deer Valley in Utah and adores New Orleans.

'It's not flashy, but the food, the culture - unreal,' she said. 'That's where I want to be. Not in a space-pod hotel in Dubai with someone demanding goat milk from Jesus himself.'

Does she ever take a day off?

'Nope,' she said. 'I work every day. Maybe I'll sleep in 'til noon if I'm hungover - but that's it. My screen time is disgusting.'

And yet, she's not complaining. 'This job is insane, but I love it. Every single day, something bats**t happens. But I feel lucky to be here.'
