Starting January 1, 2025, Natalia Strafti will take the helm of the company, succeeding George Chrysikos, who will continue as Chairman of Grivalia. Strafti served as Deputy CEO since July 2021, managing investments, operations, and project development activities.
In her new role, she will contribute to shaping the organization’s strategic plans while overseeing their execution and managing daily operations, with a focus on enhancing the company’s standing in the ultra-luxury hospitality sector through innovation and sustainability.
“Her pivotal role in Grivalia’s achievements over the years has been remarkable,” said George Chrysikos. “I am confident that her exceptional qualities, combined with the steadfast support of the Board of Directors and the company’s shareholders, will enable her to guide Grivalia Hospitality to new achievements and bolster its presence in the luxury tourism real estate sector.”
Natalia Strafti began her career in April 2000 at Eurobank Properties SA, and, in 2005, took on the role of Deputy Director of Advisory Services and Portfolio Management in Eurobank’s real estate division.
From 2007 to 2014, she led the Investment & Portfolio Department at Eurobank Properties REIC. Between 2014 and 2019, she served as General Operations Manager at Grivalia Properties REIC, later becoming a founding member and Managing Partner of Grivalia Management Company, before joining Grivalia Hospitality in 2021.
“It is a profound honor and a significant responsibility to take on the role of CEO at Grivalia Hospitality, an evolution of the company where I started my career and have dedicated the past 25 years,” said Natalia Strafti regarding her new role.
Grivalia Hospitality specializes in ultra-luxury hospitality projects in Greece, with its hotel portfolio projected to surpass 1.5 billion euros in value upon completing its investment plan in the next three years.
