This new project aims to meet the growing demand for culinary education in the Middle East and North Africa region while celebrating Egyptian gastronomic culture. Cairo Studio will offer a wide range of programs, from intensive courses to masterclasses, and will welcome students from all backgrounds, passionate about cooking and pastry. The goal is to combine tradition and innovation in culinary arts education, offering students practical experience in modern, cutting-edge facilities.
Students at Cairo Studio will benefit from training kitchens, pastry laboratories, and demonstration spaces, thus creating an environment conducive to creativity. The curriculum will focus on culinary and pastry techniques while encouraging innovation and the personalization of students’ culinary styles.
In addition to local training, partnerships with international and local chefs will allow students to benefit from mentoring, internships, and professional placements. Cairo Studio will also incorporate elements of Egyptian cuisine and local ingredients into its training, respecting the diversity of gastronomic cultures.
